Okay, I was just wondering something. My little sisterwill be 20 moths old August 29. She knows how to talk, but won't. Is that normal? She still goes "eh" and points if she wants something. If we say it to her she'll repeat it but I don't think she actually knows what it means. If there is anybody who knows anything your wisdom will be appreciated. :D :oops:
