I think there are alot of great things nintendo could do. If they brought alot of the great parts of the series together the game would be perfect. If they make sections of the world only accessible by certain modes of transportation (you need to sail across a body of water to get to some areas or certain trails can only be taken on horse) it would make travel much more interesting. I'm also sure that they'll come up with a good game specific ability like time travel, season changing or the wolf transformation for the next game. One thing I'd really like to see is more of the scenarios where Link is followed by a second character who can use their abilities to help either in combat or puzzle solving. Zelda helping in the final bosses and the two character from Wind Walker come to mind here. If you could allow these characters to be summoned or called upon at any time, alot of variation would be added to the gameplay.
