[QUOTE="Zeke129"][QUOTE="Crono7"]I don't think there would be many people who visit this site that would still be using 800 x 600 resolution, so why can't the site either change to at least 1024 width or allow us to change it with say, a drop down menu like sites such as osnn.net?
I'm using a 1400 x 900 resolution LCD and an option for 1280 would look a lot better. It's just too narrow at the moment.

You should see this site at 1680x1050. I'm tempted to flip my monitor on it's side and rotate the display with the NVidia control panel. But I know this, too, will leave huge gaps at either side.
I also use GS on a 1680x1050 monitor. It is ridiculous how huge the bars are on the sides. I have actually tried flipping my monitor and it is amazing how much you can see (you practically never have to scroll down).
I would LOVE an option to change the page width. Even when I use my sister's computer (which is at 1280x1024) the bars are huge.
I currently use a 1280x1024 resolution on a 19" LCD and the space on the sides are ok enough with the background advertising being noticable but not overwhelming. However when I have the window in my recently purchased 42" LCD TV in a 1920x1080 resolution I have almost enough space for three Gamespot widths, the background is just like a huge wallpaper, such wasted space. However if I payed attention to what is being advertised or not, it would still pay their bills.
do you mean in your profile or something?
but i would like more info for the games on their first page - not just developer and publisher but - developer, publisher, ENGINE!! instead of goin to tech info or whatever

Yes for your profile under your tracked, collection, wish list, and now playing game lists, I think it would be nice to have more unique game stats listed about your games. Maybe also a stat for most common ESRB rating (for games that have them) among what I've already said.
As for what you mentioned for more info for the games on their first page, could it possible to do two links, one to lead you to a new page (like it is now) and one that just opens a expanded panel/view? I like the idea for engine listings but how would it work with older games?
