Almost managed to nab one. Had it ready to do, but got sidetracked reading something, and then about 30 later it was sold out. DOH

I am glad they are continuing to expand on the game. I am excited to see what they do with Horde Mode.

Would be a lot more excited if WC3 Reforged wasn't absolute garbage that they never even tried fixing. Years later I tried playing it again hoping it had been patched and fixed up and polished, but nope. Even a $4000 rig still gets horrible performance. Such a shame too.

Unfortunate. I was very much excited for this game to come out on the 8th. Ill keep my eye on it and see what players think rather than critics, and keep it on my wishlist. If worse comes to worst, Ill nab it on a Steamsale if it really is that bad.

Woulda preferred a Parasite Eve 2 Remake.

I would personally add Remnant 2 and its DLC's to this list. Along with Black Myth: Wukong. And even though it is still in Early Access, I would say Witchfire.

Other mentions off the top of my head would be Atomic Heart, Horizon Zero Dawn, Horizon Forbidden West, DOOM Eternal, Ready or Not, Hellblade 1 and 2, Wasteland 3, Dead Space Remake, Dying Light 2, Tormented Souls, Trepang 2, Resident Evil Village, etc, etc.

Since they don't seem to care about release year(Skyrim on the list), a couple random all-timers would be all the Bioshock games, all the Crysis games, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, Half Life 1 and 2, all the Fallouts, F.E.A.R., Grim Dawn, etc, etc.

@simonthekid7: no, it uses a challenge system. You complete challenges to unlock new abilities.

And there are plenty of things to find in the open world.

When they originally announced this game, I had this idea of a Division-style game in the Star Wars universe, filled with open world, campaign missions, weapons, gear, dungeons, lots of skills, lots of builds to truly make YOUR character in the Star Wars Universe, all while allowing co-op and tons of fun loot and challenges.

Unfortunately, this game ended up being really none of those things. I thought it would still be fun because of the stealth style gameplay, but the stealth is quite mediocre, and most of the game you just have a pistol with mods you can swap out.

It isn't a terrible game. It has its moments. And the atmosphere is pretty spot on. But it is quite mediocre, and a lost opportunity for a Division style, Star Wars open world co-op experience.

There IS a game after Gears of War 4. It is called Gears 5......It came out back in 2019.

Oh man, I have been waiting to hear this forever!

I wanna finish this awesome series of games.
