Today is the first day in about a week without rain. Thursday we had massive violent electrical storms. Three of them, in fact. Our power was out for a full day. It was still hot and humid, but with no AC or fans, so sleeping was a hard thing.

Some folks power is still out, and several roads are closed due to mud slides and runoff water undermining the serface.

Xander wasn't bothered so much, but he was happy to get to go outside all day, he's out in the yard staring at stuff now.

Apart from that, everything's fine. The Steelers play a home pre-season game tonight, so that's exciting. Hockey will start in a month.
