Ditch antec 900 as its crappy and cable management is non existent. If you plan to put a cooler in the future- I seriously doubt there will be much clearence between the hsf and the side panel. Consider cm 690 or nzxt tempest- you can re-route those psu cable behind the mobo tray for cable management. As for cpu cooler- I would recommend this: noctua nh-u12p over thermalright 120-extreme. You get the special edition 2 version which comes with 2 fans and bolt through kits for lga 1366, 1156, am2+ and am3+. Those cpu fans are much better than ball bearing and sleeve bearing fans mind you- silent and pushes in good amount of air.
Thought of going the AMD way? Honestly you should wait for 58xx series card or else consider going the i5-p55 chipset way. AMD 550be+ is just a notch behind e8400 and if you see it that way, amd 550be x2 is cheaper than e8400. Doesn't make sense going for so many ddr2 rams- p55 chipset is already here, ddr3 1600mhz cl9 rams should be available over there with ease and about the graphic card.
