RPG1201- I own the 2. I love both, but I gotta admit. Sorry Masterchief but not seeing your guts splattered on the payvement after a clear hedshot is kinda dull... plus no cover, even had to add 3rd person views out of desperation... or to balance weaponry, (yeah right!)

Halo 3 was so awesome, I liked the campaing mode more than GoW, but multiplayer on Gears is just pure Evolution.

RPG1201- With Assassin's Creed coming out this November 13th I can't help myself wonder of how good the game is really going to be? After seeing the trailers of Altaïr (الطائر, Arabic, "The Flying One") climbling through those stoned houses, I was amazed of how the game's enviroment is really shaping up. According to Ubisoft you can "blend" Altaïr into the crowd, just like a normal civilian, or just go barging in and pushing everyone out of your way and try to assasinate your target right away, but that would mean you getting chased by the entire community, I personally wouldn't want to make those people from Jerusalem angry or those guards that protect the castle.

Assassin's Creed is set in AD 1191, when the Third Crusade was tearing the Holy Land apart.

There's a really cool rule that the developers established when they made the game, The rule states that Altaïr can interact with anything bigger than 2 inches, so basically you'll be grabbing onto stuff the whole time, so that's cool.

I also read that Altaïr can preform 1000 distinct moves, so hell!, we haven't seen that before. During the combat system I watched the assasin battling like 7 guys at a time, and let me tell you, "The Flying One" has got some jawdropping slick moves out of his basket, this includes shoving people to the side and using them as human shields! During the trailer he made more than one Temple Knight shiver in retreat by killing of other royal guards, ha! try joining realestate.

The stealth approach really looks awesome and more captivating than just going in, but the real fun is getting in trouble. I personally hope the game is longer than 17 hours, at least, cause' personally I don't see other very interesting games coming out this Fall-Winter, aside from The Simpsons and Devil May Cry 4. I read somewhere that there is only goint to be 9 Targets for our Assasin, so I hope they pitch in some more innovative material appart form the murders.

RPG1201- Square-Enixkeeps making ports and ports of old final fantasies, and while thats great, I personally got ripped of after buying FF7 Dirge Of Cerberus..... OMG! what in the name of god were thinking, and then there are other games for cell phones and for PSP.... why don't they just get 5 square teams togheter, pull them off form crappy games, and Remake the freakin' game, but no! they just had to taunt us with that FF7 PS3 Techdemo. Square has sold themselves financially, sorry guys its not about the games anymore, its all about the $$$. I've even heard there are guys who joined square just to pull off something of the same fashion...

If you did want the Remake, here's your chance to comment about it. (Cheap-ass company!)

RPG1201- Well I am kind of new to this whole format, but I would really like to know which character/monster in Resident Evil series do other people like or a top 3.

I am personally really interested in Claire Redfield from RE2 and Code:Veronica X, mostly in the second scenario and my favorite is Chris Redfield, why? because he kicks-ass in the Remake and because he looks so damn cool in RE5 Trailer, for those of us who have watched Black Hawk Down or not it really doesn't make a diffrence, he looks jawdropping, and I am proudly also saying that he looks way better than soft but versatile Leon on RE4, Sorry Leon but nobody kicks more ass than the S.T.A.R.S. Main Marksman second not even to Albert Wesker before his.... well before that thing that happened to Wesker. haha I am not spoiling that.

Best game in the series: my opinon is Resident Evil 1 GCN Remake, why? even the owners of Capcom admit it after the kept remaking the original plot (Original PSX, Director's Cut, Dualshock, Remake GCN) why? because it has something very enticing not just because its the first, but why do you think they kept visiting mansions in other titles? just because Umbrella's crib's are awesome, no, because it's just cool, and it seems that horror originates in mansions haha. Sorry new people to the series, I know RE4 is so freaking awesome you went and bouth a Wii, but the fact is that Fanboys of the series might disagree. No! don't misunderstand I love RE4 as much or maybe even more than you, but you gotta accept RE1 as "Survival Horror", for it's hard controllers and very tight hallways that scare the crap out of you, maybe even more that the zombies.

Second game (Some people will really get mad, but I don't blame them for my second best option, since they have probably never finished it) Sorry, again it's not the great 9.6 review RE4 That re-defined the genre, yes its so cool, but I got to admit I you would not judge a book by it's cover I would bet my entire retirement pension (haha I have none) that you people would just love Resident Evil Code:Veronica X If you got to play it (know it) its just the best story for me, more that the original.

My favorite Monster. Maybe people aren't gonna be so mad at this statement, my fav'e is of course The Tyrant T-002 for Resident Evil 1 GCN Remake, when I saw him in the original PSX and later in the REmake just coming out of that experimental tube and trying to come at me..... OMG it really scared the T/G-Virus out of me... that really was scary.

The Games are awesome, I have all of the Series in GCN, Personally Zero and REmake are very hard games for people that don't know the series well, specially RE0, The puzzles aren't very friendly but not imposible, some people really like these survival horror games, but dont ever get to finish them because they are either too hard for them or too scary,

Well here it is: If I had never played one in my life I would ceirtanly start with Re4, why? because its more easy, the puzzles are not as hot-headed as 0 and 1, and gameplay is more friendly, don't worry, much of what we know or as I call it "common knowledge" of the other games is not given away in RE4.

One of the main reasons peolple like RE4 is because of its easier and more dinamic-less-tension gameplay, its a great direction for the series, but people should also play the other games, or at least the REmake, after all it has been re-made like 3 times, (original, director's cut, dualshok, remake)

RPG1201- (Please don't be insulted by my comment if you own a Wii, its actually a really fun system, I am really a fan of Nintendo like everyone, but regardless of that this is my vision of things right now)

I am a Big Nintendo Fan since the original NES, I am 18. The reason why I add- I am 18, is because I really feel betrayed by this great franchise, when they announced that they weren't going to "EVOLVE" go Next-Generation I mean, I didn't know what to think, at this time I did not own any new console so I was looking at them to se what to buy, but I got to tell you guys honestly what went through my head when I went to the store and there it was the Wii playing The new Zelda, and beside it The Xbox 360 with Gears Of War..... suddenly when I saw those guts splatter, heck! it took years of my life. The Xbox 360 game looked my age, innovative, next-gen, interesting, not like Zelda which I own (On the Gamecube), but it's the same lame story which did cut it in the 1990's with the N64, but now the Wii, personally just felt tacked-on, dated, commercially sold..... at first I was angry, then in denial, then angry again, haha, the in denial and the some more angry.

It's true Wii outsolds every other console in past fiscal years, but I've just realized that their games are really for kids only, and one angry owner in here might say: hey they have Resident Evil 4 and Umbrella chronicles (which are awesome), but seriously guys..... that just does not cut it.... (picture it this way)- It's like Bmw coming out with the same old model car with new upgrades and Mercedes Benz changing and "Evolving" the whole structure for the better.

Hey but wasn't Nintendo here before Playstation and Microsoft? Shouldn't it have to evolve also, well they've decided to sell themselves to the public, sorry fans it's not about the games anymore it's about the money...... That just makes me sad.

For Shame Nintendo!! Evolution is now, and I am sorry to say this but to us true gamers, we are dissapointed... A couple of great games like RE4 port and "soft gun" REUC, Mario Galaxy, and Smash Bros. 3 ain't gonna cut it, but what do I know?! since there are Millions of kids who really don't care about the "truth" and just wanna look cool simply playing the game.

Well in conclusion, haha I am not getting a Wii because of those reasons but I have to admit that the Japanese Giant really is more of a Family-Commericial-Fun-Succes.

N.I.N.T.E.N.D.O. - I really hope you come back to be an Evolving Next-Gen Console someday, guys I would suggest an Xbox360 or a PS3 with Assasins Creed for Christmas, can't go wrong with either of those.

RPG1201- (For Fans Of The Whole Series)

Look guys, we gotta be realistic, Resident Evil 1 GCN Remake has got to be the top in your list, here are my reasons:

1. The Original idea was really kick'ass, this really defines survival horror like no other game.

2. I know, I know. people who are new to the series have become fans for RE4 and it really is an AWESOME title, its really evolving if you look at the new controls but when they made the game more action-packed (which is good) they removed some of the originality that we loved form RE1 like when you didn't have the freedom to run in those tight mansion hallways, the tension is just not the same now you can do all sorts of stuff like kick and jump out of windows and run like hell! (which is good)

3. Resident Evil 1 has been re-done 4 times (Original, Director's Cut, Dualshock, REmake, why? because Capcom admits that other titles in the series are also just breathtaking but the original plot just has something very enticing and mystic about it.

4. Simple fact: Why do you think in some other RE-titles they comback to visit diffrent mansions?, because the idea is pure gold and its cool!, plus it never gets old. I really got to admit that RE4 blows me away, its pure evolution (and I kind of understand Spanish hehe), but OMG!: Code:Veronica X, you guys should get it, its been ported from Dreamcast(T_T), to PS2, to GCN, that game is also great, and so are the other ones!

My list in order of appreciation.

1. Resident Evil 1 Remake GCN (In two words "Survival Horror")

2. Code:Veronica X GCN (Hell of a story, alot of background on Umbrella and Wesker, Alexia and the Ashford name)

3. Resident Evil 4 GCN (In one word, well maybe three "Evolution", "Un Forastero!!")

4. Resident Evil 0 GCN (Holy Crap Capcom!!, can you make some easier puzzels! (Think of the children!!) haha. just kidding)

5. Resident Evil 2 GCN (Only Capcom can pull off police stations whit statues that have diamonds inside them this good)

6. Resident Evil 3 GCN (Great game, gotta have cohones (balls) to play this title thou, not so much for the scare factor but Nemesis is really a Crzy M0tha fuk when it comes to stressing the hell out of tight spots, good thing there's the evade move!

Well there it is, I am sorry if I offended some people but those are my reasons. Capcom's Favorite Title: RE2, why, $$ Chi Ching mothe' fo'. (Being realistic) Top Sales. One last Comment: Go Download Resident Evil 5 Trailer!! The game just looks like Black Hawk Down!!, haha well they did kind of steal the idea, but who gives a **** its so awesome, and nobody knows who the girl at the end is, kind of looks like Alexia, could even be Alice form the film haha!

Other recommended Titles- Be on the lookdown this November 13th for Assasins Creed, this game really looks amazing (Altaïr really looks cool assasinating 11th Century Temple Knights and Generals with his hidden "Finger-Knife" ,too bad for us Xboxer's it's not an exclusive, but who cares? well.... I am waiting for exclusives, since Final Fanasy XIII is a PS3 exclusive and so is Kojima's Last Symphony in Metal Gear Solid 4: The Guns Of The Patriots... (haha if they both score a 9.6 or above in GS Iam Probably going to get a PS3) but oh well, I am also looking forward to The Simpsons game, have you guys seen those posters like: Grand Theft Scratchy, Medal Of Homer, Neverquest, Bartman Beggins, I've seen some demos and it looks hilarious, its coming out this month on the 30th multiplatform-style, and it looks like the game team really teamed up with Simpsons creator Matt Groening to do one hell of a game making fun of the others.
