Dude, talk to a supervisor and complain quickly i know someone that has had 7 rrods and has gotten a full year,4000 ms points and an arcade game. I have gone through 4 and im gettin 3 months xbl, with an arcade game.

P.S - PS3 and WII are way better, i only play the ps3 and wii. Xbox 360 only has 2 purposes: Gears of War n Halo3
