Guys, I'm currently trying to get 75% on Street Fighter 4, not even going to try get that platinum. The Gold Standard is very possible and I was just wondering in Survival how many wins is safe to have for getting a gold medal, don't paticularly wish to waste a lot of time doing the same thing. So happy! I just unlocked my Treasure Hunter Trophy last night and platinumed it! Took me 106 hours playtime but every second was enjoyable, except the last ten minutes which was filled with anxiety! Wasen't sure if I got them all.

I've lost a little steam in FF13. I barely played it this week. Maybe a few hours altogether. I'm in the Tower on Chapter 11, but I don't know what it is. I just don't have that same desire to play it as often as I did. Honestly just thinking about acquiring all the weapons/items, 5-starring every mission, and maxing out the Crystarium is a little daunting. Maybe I just need to stop worrying about doing every little minor detail and just focus on beating the game right now. Then I can worry about all that stuff after.

Believe me, 5 Starring every mission is beyond easy with the Gold Watch and choccoboes. Maxing out the crystarium after mission 55 is also very easy, (near mahabara with the Behemot and giant dog thing). If you get bored, switch it up and go to the faultwarrens, there's a ton of CP to be had there. Well, that treasure hunter trophy will be the longest thing you've ever done. But it is still enjoyable.

Im on my last mission,Mission 64, and its hell. Boss has over 15 million HP. I always take him down to half, approx 8 mil HP and he unleashes a deadly whirl attack, KOs my party... ahhh

Going to take a break from this, dont have much left to do in the game xcept beat him and farm gil and CP, all my Crystariums are 90% complete with less then a role left to complete..

Anyone have tips on gil farming?

If you haven't done the Treasure Hunter trophy, you've got a ton of things left to do! I'm almost platinumed it, just missing weaponary from Sazh and Snow, then I've completly finished the game.

Okay!, That fight is the most fun fight in the game. Everytime he uses deadly whirl, switch to the tortoise paradigm. If you can't survive (or are currently using it), then you have to equip accessories that reinforce physical resistance. Aka, Generals Belt, Champions Belt, Imperial Amulet etc. Also, for every character, equip a Gale Ring (40% wind resistance), after he sprouts his last few wings, his wind attack really does damage. Posion is super important here, never forget it!

You're overpowered, this fight should be really easy if you follow the tips, I completed this when I had every role except one maxed out with no problems. Was a ton of fun.

For gil farming, I'm farming gold nuggets of shao long guis and platinum ingots of long guis and adamantortises. You'll get a ton of dark matter and trapz too!

Are people purposefully just thinking of and listing exclusives?clicketyclick

Well, the exclusives for the PS3 generally are very high quality. Anyway's, I'd say GoW3, or FF XIII, love those games.

To me Burnout Paradise has tons of trophies, and easy too! Ratchet and Clank ACiT has some easy ones as well.

MotorSorm PR has almost impossible trophies, get a bronze for going in 250 races....and FFXIII trophies take ages to earn!

Final Fantasy 13 trophies are beyond easy to me. Almost got my platinum, just missing Treasure Hunter, which I have collected all accessories and weaponary with the exception of Vanille and Hope. Almost there!. Anyways, Street Fighter 4 has the most impossible trophies ever imaginable. I'm obossed with getting the trophies on my game, and it's so frustrating because I can't on that one! It's ridicolous! (59% through it)

how about when just comparing the battle systems. how does RoF's battle system compare to FFXIII's

I have played RoF at a friends house, and own FF XIII with over 100 hours playtime. I'd have to say, RoF and FF are probably even in terms of enjoyment. In all honesty, I prefer Final Fantasy but RoF is still great. Final Fantasy employs a tactical battle system, real time and turn based events. It's very strategic.

The only way to deal more than 999,999 is with summons.

Clearly you haven't played this game much. With a Genji Glove, my Fang manages to hit 999,999 on a Long Gui as well as a ShaoLong Gui with Highwind. Normal attacks are around 340k when staggered.

I'm just as much a FF fan as anyone could be since I've played and enjoyed them all (with the exception of a few spin-offs that I still played but hardly enjoyed) and I thoroughly disagree. I love this game! I talked this same crap before actaully playing the game but since playing and beating it I've realized what an assumptuous idiot I was being. Its just as much a FF as any other. It makes some pretty drastic changes from the traditional formula but 10, 11 (well, duh!) , and 12 made quite a few themselves while pretty much every title has made at least a handful of less obvious ones. 13 could have been a lot better than it was but it was still quite amazing and very far from the worst.

Anyone who says othewise obsiously hasn't played the whole game (or the entire series).
