I like Gamespot's forums because they don't burn my eyes with brightness

Are you using the black or white background? lol
White background is more refreshing but can be very bright after a long time of using the black background.

Btw this isn't just restrcited to gaming websites, can be anything.

What do you guys think is the best-looking website?
Even though sites like Whirlpool and Gamefaqs garner lots of users, they don't actually have that much visually. Personally, i find Gamespot to actually be one of the better looking sites out there.

Nicholas II and Alexandra. You can use that as an example if you wish.Riverspirit

Nicolas and Alexandra of whom may i ask?
i looked them up but theres so many Alexandras lol
if you could just specify for me then id be very grateful

also this whole discusiion has made me think of making it so that the men still have the outward dominance but upon further inspection it can be argued that it was really the women pulling the strings behind the scenes

just as a side note, i mean where women could get men to do annyytthiing for them possibly because of physical beauty or something. As i said before, this is all in relation to Taming of the Shrew.

For those who have read it, i want to do the last scene with the whole bet of who's wife will come.
In my appropriation i want to do something similar like where the women consprire for the men to do something

btw thanks to all who have posted

I tell you know, behind every great man was a greater woman. Look at Napoleon, his wife would tell him to do the stuff he did.freek666

lol that's probably true but isn't there a time or place where it was natural for women to hold power over men

I'm in need of a society /culture/ context where women command power over men as opposed to the traditional men control women idea.

This is because i have to appropriate Taming of the Shrew for school and i'd like to do role reversals, more speicifcally the last scene of the play.

So if anyone has any ideas at all on what i can use as a context or any other ideas, i'm all ears

Cheers
