The fact that it's on a laptop/vista has nothing to do with your bad FPS. Games like World in Conflict, simply put, need a better graphics card. Your mobile version of the 7950, while being a fine card (with the 512 megs WHICH IS NEEDED) cannot supprt the LATEST games at TOP settings - my ATi 2900XT has problems sometimes with WiC at very high settings.
In my opinion "styled" cases are officially played out; it's time to drop the colored cases with the 'x-tream' panels, windows, and lights and time to go back to classic beige, old school generic cases.
