Check it out: In previous Madden's the QB animations sucked (let's just take it a step further and say that all the player animations sucked), and more times than not this is usually the tap-root of most [personal] pet peeves about the game. This year, for the first time, the game uses layered blending- which just means smoother animations. The geniuses programming this stuff used a new physics engine too and incorporated it with the layered blending. Now when your QB goes to throw the ball, he'll throw it according to the environment around him and all the animations will be there; which will then effect the path of the football. If your go-to for Sacks, breaks through and manages to get an arm on the QB as he's throwing, it's going look realistic and it will happen in real-time. With so much new state-of -the-art technology, there's shouldn't be any complaints ( at least about animated glitches). Anyway this game is suppose to be the ultimate comeback of what is Madden was... 4 more days!! -Break !! Rahsero @ http://gamerkraze-blogspot.com

Hey Heatmanfan101, I've never had experience with that personally, but I spoke to Walmart and Gamestop today concerning release dates and this is what they had to say: Walmart (located in Commerce, MI) recieved only 10 units of Madden 10 for PS3 only on 08/08/09. As of today they have not receive any from microsoft. When I asked how soon in advance do they receive the game, they told me usually less than a week before it launches..this gives them time to market the game (Banners, and Posters and what-not). Gamestop usually recieves their games only a day or two before launch, but that was an easy answer to an unauthorized question. Apparently Gamestop can't disclose exactly when they receive their games; But I'd say it's pretty normal to see the actual game in it's package a few days before launch - it's just a very creative marketing tactic, and they always seem to work (especially on the games we ALL want) later..
