The 4th hokage looks alot like Naruto...Isn't it funny how all hints to the 4th Hokage's real name, history, or family relations have been carefully avoided, making his past one of the bigger mysteries of the series.
i think he could be naruto's dad, and maybe they'll reveal it like luffy's dad!
