Medieval 2, my roommate let me borrow it after he was done playing it and i hooked since, after that i got Rome and that still is my favorite one to this day. Shogun 2 was pretty awesome, i didnt like Neopolean total war so much, im not a fan of guns in these type of games, im so pumped for rome 2
Rar05's forum posts
Rome 2 will be even better, the first Rome was the best one ive played yet, i dont like the TW series as much when you start using guns. Big ass battles with swords and spears and occasional arrows is what i loved about TW, ROME 2 MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!!!!!
how about a login que to start things off
if im real lucky and don't see error 37, i get to load the character list and it says error 3006... lovely.
i dont understand why there cant be a line like there was in diablo 2 when the servers were having high traffic, also is error 3006 after the retrieiving the hero list a server realted issue or something i need to fix?
my god the rage over this game is unbelievable, if you don't get the game because its always online or because some people can use real money to buy **** then piss off and no one will miss you
oops that was typo city, i mean have they decided on doing it with a individual time zone or if its going to be west coast midnight, ive read somewhere it was going to be individual time zones... thatd be sweet.
Any word on if they've released a time-zone releases or if its going to be a west coast 12am release like with previous games?
im afraid that almost all of the 'convenience' changes, like personalised loot, will greatly reduce the thrill and stimulation which was a huge part of diablo 2's success.
sure, it was unfair if some guy stole a unique item from under your nose - but if you got the good item it was a "YESSSSSS!!!!" moment.
someone please tell me the comparative "YESSSSSSSS!!!" moment in diablo 3.
i remember diablo 2 as being not so much a cooperative adventure, but a cutthroat treasure hunter game - he who spams mouse click the fastest and gets lucky WINS. that was cool.
who the hell wants to play a cooperative adventure, catered for braindead carebears? i want to experience human traitors, bandits and extortionate human buyers/sellers.
No way the spam clicking was annoying, if you didn't have a great internet connection you ended up with damn near nothing everytime, at least with each player getting items trading will be much more common. The YESSSSSSS moment may not happen while hunting but it damn sure can happen while your trading.
