[QUOTE="Ratchet-n-Clank"] Are you kidding ? i play each one every day, besides i heard your not supposed to remove cables that often because it wears down the connector and eventually it's becomes so loose when it's jacked in, that it doesn't have a solid connection anymore. No thanks.locopatho

well, its either that or spend a dreaded 5$ right? besides i can't think of any tvs that have more than 1 HDMI output, so no matter what you are still forced to pull it out when switching. And if you got 2 Full hd/hd tv's, then you can pretty much afford 5$

My TV has 2 or 3 :D

My TV only has one HDMI jack and one HD components jack so i'm stuck, looks like i'm going to have to get an HDMI Hub also because my cable box is occupying my HD component jack and my PS3 uses my HDMI jack. So i have more than an HDMI cable to purchase.

Why didn't you buy the ODST/Forza 3 bundle or ODST/Gears of War 2 bundle...both came with a decent HDMI 360 cable =.=

bobbleheadrogue

Did you read my post ? i said i bought the 360 Elite bundle that came with ODST and Forza 3 but it did not have an HDMI or HD component cable it only came with a regular RCA component cable.

Keep it, it's always better to have the best of both worlds, i have all 3 and i will always have all 3 until the next gen comes, then i'll upgrade each one as they get released.

Spend $5.00 and get an HDMI cable. Its not that serious.

XaosII
$5.00 ? Really show me a link where i can buy an HDMI cable for 5 bucks and i'll be happy to, because the cheapest i've seen them is $20.00 up to as much as $75.00.

Yeah just got my new 360 Elite bundle the other day to complete my collection of owning all 3 consoles.

However Microsoft does not include either the HDMI or the HD component cables in the box anymore, what the heck is up with that ?, i just blew over $400.00 including games and they can't give me an HD cable.

It would be one thing if they never included it from the beginning like Sony did, but they always offered the HD component cable at the very least, and ya' can't tell me it's because it was bundled with Forza 3 and Halo ODST because i bought other 360 bundles in the past that have since gone RROD on me but they always had an HD cable in it.

What the heck is going on Microsoft ? i thought sales were good, why you cheaping out now ?

what's the real advantage bluray has over dvd9's other than storage?

( is Alan Wake a short game because of the DVD's limited storage, for example? )

aia89
Other than storage ? Storage is fast becoming thee most important necessity with current games in development, most games being released are between 5 to 10 gigs in size, and people don't want to take the time to pop out one 360 DVD disc to put in another so they can continue there game. It's just easier to have games on blu-ray, example - Oblivion G.O.T.Y. edition, the PS3 version is on one disc, the 360 is on 2 discs, and games are only going to get more detailed graphics and larger scale worlds as time goes on, soon blu-ray will be the necessity. Before anyone starts flaming me, i own all 3 consoles, but i believe blu-ray disc storage capacity is an eventual must have by all future consoles.

Just curious, what do you all reckon? I personally think no, particulary the MP even maybe the visuals.

I think it could not only handle HAlo 3 but it could produce a graphically better looking Halo 3, however the average looking graphics of Halo 3 could be due to Bungie's lack of effort, because as we all know the 360 is capable of some impressive graphics, such as Gears 1 & 2. So i blame Bungie for not making Halo 3 a better looking game.
