I live in a super small town and yes I do struggle to entertain myself.BUT it has nothing to do with shopping and materialism. I love watching movies and I read close to 20 books a month and I work a full time job. I get online (duh). But reading/tv/movies/games and internet can only be so entertaining for so long. I'm 25 and there is only TWO other people in my town that are remotely close to my age. So I have no near by friends to hang out with. No one wants to come to the middle of nowhere with nothing to do or any place to go. Yes, shoppin is nice, I am a girl after all. But I get sick of having to drive 2 hrs to the closest clothing store when I need something.

Small town living really sucks. I mean seriously, if i don't know what is goin on in my life all I have to do is ask someone that I pass on the street and they will fill me in. LOL. There is nothing worse than other people knowin your own life story, who you were in high school, who you became after you got married. who you are sleepin with and when you have a pregancy scare. That "neighborly" feeling gets super old, super fast.

I tend to tilt my head back a notch and say "Sup," or "What's Happening-ing?", followed by ni*** or "playa" This goes for my guys friends and my chick friends.White or black friends.Doesn't matter to me. lol. And this is only to people that I might want to talk to. The rest of the time, I just ignore anyone that I don't want to have to stand around and make idle chit chat with for the next eternity of my life, ya know?

I've lived in all three. But would pick The Middle. As of right now I live in a town of 200 people. give or take 2 or 3. lol. And I hate it, more than words can say. Living in Minnesota, I miss trees more than I do people tho. and sunshine. lol

But wishing I could say Gotham City, cuz that would be awesome and a dream come true. lol

I would have put Daybreak on here,The abc show with Taye Diggs, but I found the dvd set bout 2 months ago and it had the 8 episodes that aired and the 7 that didn't. So I finally got closure on that. Loved it, but don't think that it could have been a 2+ season kind of show.

I also hated that they took "Inside Scwartz" (however you spell it) off the air and..."Titans" Both on NBC years ago.

I know, I know. Angel was my guilty pleasure. I was a teenaged girl at the time when i was in love with that show, so you can't hold it against me to bad. LOL.

Not knowin WHY it was happening to taye on daybreak would be my biggest complaint about the show. I always want to know why things are happening and they didn't tell you why or HOW.
