Thanks for the advice man. I bought it on Steam when it was 5 bucks and played it a little but didn't like it too much. But from what you're saying sounds like it could get a lot better with a few fixes by mods. Thanks again!
Yep, I agree with everyone, build one yourself. I just researched a lot and read a lot of guides. I built my first PC a few months ago, I had a couple really frustrating moments, but I figured it out without too many problems.
Is Bioshock good on PC? I have it on 360 but if it is pretty good on PC I would consider getting it again since it is only 5 dollars. I like playing on PC better anyway.
I've been playing a ton of RE4 because there doesn't seem to be much good out. Don't have any money either so I borrowed RE4 and rented SPM and a couple others.
I think the others are right it has to be something to do with your router. My internet isn't the best and my download times are great. So read up on the router stuf in the manual and try to figure it out after that.
