Well I thought it was fantastic. I would say that some ppl could find it rather easy it. There are some challenging planets but most of them are about figuring out what to do. That aside I find it at 60 stars still as fresh as when I started it. Oh and I'm usually playing at my 360. The wii is usually played by my son. I was intrigued by the hype and at least imo it is well deserved.
Check the SMG section here. They mention the final galaxy and how to unlock it. It basically creates the shower of stars you see at the very start of the game.
Yes, you can beat the game and go back to the galaxies you haven't completed. You can't collect all stars until after you beat it once anyways.LumpyChachi
Why can't you collect all the stars after you beat it? Is that because a galaxy unlocks after you beat it? I'm thinking yes. Oh and thanks for the info. I plan on connecting the wii but I'm having connection issues now.

For the ones of you that have finished the game I wanted to get your reaction on this. I heard on some podcast - can't remember which one that - this editor say that he finished the game and was left with the impression that Mario was in some sort of Hell forever cursed to repeat the same task. Anyone finish the game and was left with the same impression?
Alright so I'm at the very end. On one hand I could choose to go to the center of the universe and rescue the princess which I went to that level yesterday but didn't finish - so I have to restart it today - or I could go to the other galaxies that I have not played yet. This game is pretty awesome and I want to see it all and play through all the galaxies so I don't know if rescuing the princess means that I would end the game and not get to see the rest. That would suck cause this game is long and I don't think I want to start another file to play it all again. So the question is:
Can you rescue the princess and still go back to the galaxies you have not visited and collect the rest of the stars you are missing?
Oh and the reason why I have some pressure to rescue the princess is because my five year old really wants to see that. Anyone with a five year old knows what I'm talking about.
