well i thought that today would feel special because of the fact that its halloween but for some reason it just felt like another day maybe it was because of the fact that it was storming here and was just a boreing day or maybe its the fact that im getting older, which is most likely the case. for some reason i couldnt even really get into the games that i was wanting to play today besides svr2011 which i have been hooked on but even that didnt hold my interst for very long oh well tomnorrow is another day

this is my first entry in my video game blog, lately i find myself playing a lot of the older games in my collection besides a few of the new one's that i just bought which are SVR2011 and The Force unleashed 2, other then that i find myself mostly playing games on my super nintendo such as mario and donkey kong, while i dont necessarly play them with any intention of beating them any more as i have countless times over, but there is just something about the older games that draw's me to them and not to some of the newer one's i dont know why. maybe its because they are a part of my childhood or maybe its because in my opinion a lot of today's games are nothing more then blood and gutts now dont get me wrong there isnt anything wrong with that but it just get's boreing after a while. it truly is amazing that mario used to be the most popular game around as well as the most antipicated now it seems like everyone wants to play games where everyone is shooting at eachother now dont get me wrong games of that nature are fun but in small dose's for me.
