Would that be better than SLI-ing the 9600GTs?

I've had this PC for nearly 2 years, but it's starting to show some signs its getting a tad slow on some games.

I want to buy a second 9600GT card which is already in the PC (on a budget so its a realistic target). I just need to know if it will work with these specs (such as power supply etc.)

Its long but hopefully someone can help me :)

Okay, so im getting a 360 Elite this christmas, with live (13 months), FIFA 10, Halo ODST and Rockband: The Beatles (the whole shabang)

selling some of my pc and wii stuff i was hoping to get MW2 as well

Just one concern, as im 16, 17 in january, would i be able to play MW2? im not sure how the system works but i dont really want to get it yet if it would lock me out of playing online matches, or even the game itself, because im a year and a bit too young for the age rating.
