The Wii, yeah everyone goes on about how it's changing gaming, blah, blah, blah.. Yes it's a different way to play games but not a way I would want to see standard. Motion Sensor is nothing new. It's been around for a longtime. Nintendo just made the choice to use it in the Wii. Nintendo will continue to do what they do best. They're first party games is what will sell the system as always. I'll be playing all my Wii game through rentals.
The PS3, well it's a power house of a machine. No one can deny that.. Once the games start flowing out no one is gonna want to avoid the PS3. Right now with the lack of games and price tag it's easy not to want to buy one. But thats gonna change, no question. However, the lack of choice in the console bothers me alot. Forcing me to pay more for a Blue Ray player isn't cool. Didn't sony learn anything from the UMD deboggle?? Trying to force a format on cusumers isn't cool nor smart. The console is about the games and you should never lose sight of that.
The 360, what can I say? Other then the whole 3 red lights of death thing the 360 is almost perfect in my view. The amount of great games on the console and the games still on the way have me very excited. The controller is almost flawless. By far the best controller I have ever held. This thing needs no motion sensor. Xbox Live is the heart beat of this console. I am more then impressed with what Microsoft is doing. The 360 is all about choice which I love! Not forcing me to spend more money is never a bad thing! lol.
In the end I enjoy all three consoles. However I choose The Xbox 360 for my gaming. When it comes to buying a game thats on all three consoles, I'm going 360 all the way.. But I will not miss out on the exclusive titles on the other two!! Game on!!
