[QUOTE="RedEcksThree"]Just because Gamestops 'store policy' says that every game they sell for new is new is a bunch of b.s. I remember buying Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories 'Brand New'. It was pre-opened and it looked like it had lotion all over the actual disc. I took it back and the employee said 'We open them up to test them'... It's not hard to buy ONE game, and put that ONE case up for display.
Edit: And I also remember back when you bought a 'new' game from gamestop, you didn't take the case or whatever up to the counter. You told them 'I want (insert game name here)' and they were like 'Okay,' *goes behind counter, up on a shelf behind them, back in storage room, wth ever*, Bamb...shiny 'visibly new' game.

You definatly got lied to. Do you know how much time would be wasted if every title had to have a copy pulled out and tested? That's BS.
lol I know it was a lie. Even if they had tested it, how was there lotion on it? Were they playing it in the bathroom after applying hemroid cream? I mean come on. It was either lotion or glue on the actual disc, not the plastic protective piece, but under it. I didn't look at it before I left the store, because it was supposed to be "Brand New", so I figured it should be a "brand new" game.
