the first post is somewhat right, you will need it if you wanna DL all kinds of shows and Xbox Originals and Additional content which will 98% cost you money.

if you play on useing it for only the content you want and no storeing massive amounts of demos on your HD the 20Gig is fine,

im going with the 20 because im not big on the DL's so far but yeah the 120Gig would come in handy

as for the less chance of breaking thats totally false, at the start 306s broke with crazy numbers, but they have they exact same processors and ect as the elite, the removible HD and the ability to output 1080iare the only differences. I think its great and my end up paying through the nose like 150 for a 120Gig Hd from microsoft but by the time i come to it im assumeing they will be lower in price or an even bigger one will come out on the market.

whichever you choose you will not regret, its a great system and is reliable but that dosent mean do not spring for the warrenty, 17 bucks covers your ass for a year or two

[QUOTE="Redman05"]

go for the pro or premium whatever it is called now, the middle option

if your on a budget or just money concious then you wont feel like spending money on additional content without knowing you truely want it.

20GB will be plenty for you, and what content you want, and as for arcade games, you buy one or two and then delete them, if you want them again DL them again it wont cost you any more money since you bought it already the first time. if you are an avid renter from your local video store, your saved games may pile up but i dont see it as a problem if ya delete the ones getting to be about a year old or will never play again. Achivements on your gamer tag will give ya the memories of once playing the game which is why i kept saved games from rentals in the first place

but like previous posts if you want HD movies, every arcade game under the sun, Xbox Originals, which used cost the same as they would to download, the 120 would facilitate that.

juyst dont get the arcade, that is a 300 dollar dissipointment, i am still having trouble with the though of people actually buying them and not thinking to themselves WTF? when they hook it up.

anyways hope it helps

Mearik is the name and 360 is my game. drop me a line if ya want

stopngo

I seconded every thing above.

I just bought a pro. ~ 2 weeks ago. Cost was a factor in the purchase. I highly suggest that you get new, instead of used because there have been Xbox failures. New ones come w/ 3 year warranty. My exception to this rule regards hard drives I only have 20 gigs of memory, if I need more I will buy a used hard drive instead of new.

For every one considering this purchasce, I see two factors: Money & Capabilities. If you are like me and do not think you want to download movies, there is little use for 120g. But if you have the money go for the elite.

Hope this helps!

oh when i said used i meant games availible for Xbox downloads the new "originals" section

Can i use a USB key (USB Flash drive) as a memory card for Xbox 360?

if not is there a way to get my profile to carry over to my friends xbox so i can gain gamer points when we play together?

many thanks either way,
