Well, I first installed this game on our "family-computer" before I got this laptop. And when I got the laptop, I installed BF2 on it, and uninstalled it from the family-computer.
I did not use BF2 on the "family-computer" after buying the laptop. (The onlineservers worked fine on the family-computer).
The reason why I installed it twice, is that when I tried BF2 on the new user,the game did not start because of something about the CD-key. And I did have the admin rights to play it!!
I installed BF2 Delux Edition on my laptop, and the game worked until I created a new user account on my computer. (The first user was the computers admin.)
After launching BF2 on the new user, I was not able to play online games. When I try to enter a internet server, I get the message: "Your CD-key is invalid."
Anyone know how to fix this problem? (by the way: the CD-key IS VALID!):?
My connection works fine. I live in Norway, and I dont think that that has something to do with it, but it might help to reset your internet. Unplug every internet wires and wait 10 seconds before pluging it back in. Maybe it will help;)
When you play online resistance, you get medals, new rankings and stuff like that.Then you cant play multiplayer(splitscreen). I mean; Who will get the medals of the splitscreen players??
