I Need a Cpu and a motherboard. I was thinking AMD Phenom II x4 940 for 225. But after a motherboard that would put me way over my budget.

My budget is about 900$ But i can go to 1000$.......

From what i saw at guru Gtx275 beats the HD4890 and its cheaper..
