I need help, i am a loyal member of this website and have been so for a few years now, and at the moment im very worried because all of a sudden my level has gone all the way down to 0, whereas a couple of days ago it was over twenty and had been that way for some time. I haven't done anything wrong or been banned at all and because of this problem, i cant submit any more of my reviews (i found out about this problem when trying to submit one). Is this a problem with my account, or is it an arror that will be fixed shortly?

EDIT: It says level 24 on here, but whenever i click on my profile it reads "Level 00".

EDIT: Now it doesnt say any level on here lol
