A free-roaming rag-doll game. You would be able to customize your character anyway you like and you could even buy cool acrobatic tricks like backflips and stuff just to make your dives look cooler. The cooler/more complex the way you hurt yourself you get more points. You'd be able to jump off of buildings, out of planes, into cars, and anything else you'd like.

The story mode would be about a messed-up chick who likes men who can take A LOT of pain and you'd have to show her how manly you are by doing a bunch of funny missions. Once you beat the game you'd be able to do whatever you want for as long as you want:P

It wouldn't sell very well but it's different then all of the other games being produced these days.

Hell, you were the first console (Atari is, by my standards, a home arcade) and defined console gaming, but the SNES is better.
