I've never understood fanboy-ism.... even worse is that even grown, mature men choose to proclaim one console or thing better than another. Just be glad we actually have options. Before last week China didn't even allow consoles.
I have seen some nice 4K tv's at Sam's Club with a 7K price tag. Unless a person is financially set, I can't see how someone can justify spending that much on a tv. My wife said I could use some of our spare cash, around 4.5k, and put the rest on my credit card and I said thanks I'd think about it. The next weekend we went out and I used that money as a down payment to buy her a new car. Scored me some major points and as the saying goes " happy wife, happy life."
@Horndawgie I agree that's why the NCAA should decriminalize the rule stating players cannot receive additional funds from sources outside the University. And your wrong about the general public it's the NCAA that has their heads up their a$$. The public knows what's going on which is why decriminalization needs to happen.
Sucks that there will be no NCAA football because of the amateurism-compensation issue. However, I'll sacrifice a game in order for the larger issue of big time collegiate athletes receiving monetary compensation for use of their likeness. I mean, if the Universities can make hundreds of millions of dollars off players they should at least get a piece of the pie.
Tamasi's statement is contradictory: he says even if a console could match a gaming PC that within a year it would lag because of advancements. However, the theory would apply to a PC bought at the same time since it would have one year old technology. So now your keeping up with the Jones' and upgrading your specs which in turn results in more money than the original cost which in turn becomes a money pit. The reason PC/Console's are successful is because there are plenty of consumers but don't give me this BS about PC. The best PC now will still be in the same place as the Xbox One and PS4: older and not as good as the next big tech thing.
@TalesOfGod @OrgeLambart13 comments like this "spy camera" are just dumb and uninformed. The camera on your pc/laptop and smartphones are far more liable to intrusion than the Kinect. Such a dumb mob mentality in regard to the Kinect.
I own the original MS Surface Pro and, for me, it does all I need it to do exceptionally well. Due to the fact I'm constantly working and all my work PC's run MS os the Surface allows me to work seamlessly from office to home or anywhere with an internet connection. Skydrive comes in handy for file retrieving and editing documents in the cloud so I don't have to worry about a flash drive. However, it's also cool the Surface has a USB port as it is a useful tool. When I just want to play around I'll use my wife's iPad, since the app catalog is larger, but for big boy work I'll take the Surface Pro everyday of the work week.
Unless you've had time to play the Vita it's best you shut your mouth about a person's opinion who as ACTUALLY used the portable system.... for a month. A lot of y'all defending the Vita and you don't even have it in your hand yet. I'm not defending or criticizing the Vita until I get my hands on one.
