what you don't under stand is that sony is taking a loss now put if blu-ray wins it will be the format for next gen too because blu-ray can go up to 200g if need to. wait next gen when microsoft has to pay for a new format because we all no that dvd will not be large anuff for next gen. next gen microsoft machine will be more expensive than sony's. next gen they will have to pay for only the guts for it and not drives. blu-ray will be also cheap by then. sony will gane the loss by siftwere alone. i think ps will sell at least 70 million by the end of its life cicle.GARRYTH

Blu-ray can not go up to 200GB. You'll have to wait for ultraviolet disks for 200GB+

Do you think I care whether the Japanese like American RPGs or not?

All I know is that Mass Effect is going to be crowned king of all RPGs this year, all due to it's sheer depth and amazingness. It's both a shooter and an RPG with such a cool interactive world. I do admit FF13 is good, but MASS EFFECT is just better.
