@Stabba_The_Kutt Your statement is soooo true. It's sad and it's not funny anymore. Goen are the days of playing from 8 am to 2 am :). Now it's work, family, kids and maybe 1 or max 2 hours daily to do what you want to do. I'm afraid to start any rpg's like Skyrim lately because I'm afraid it'll take me couple of days just to go through inventory and abilities with the little time I have left nowadays. I'm 36 and have been playing since I was 10 and I'm slowly realising that my playing days might actually be over.

Pathetic...

I can't get into this game. Many of the things that bother most of the people here, bother me as well.

The main thing that puts me off is the very generic lore and plot. Even the first dragon age felt so generic ( Grey wardens fighting with evil dark spawn bla bla bla ), that I stopped playing it after maybe 10 hours. I couldn't be bothered with DA2 but I guess I've bought into the hype with Inquisition. My problem with DA3 is that I don't really care what happens to either the world, templars or mages. In fact I don't care if Mr Rodgers invades Hinterlands with his army of talking trees. The whole world and the struggle feel forced and feel like someone had created that world in 5 minutes in a diner between an appetizer and the main course.

I'm an avid ME trilogy fan. Mass Effect series is something of a holy Grail to me and I have finished that trilogy multiple times simply because my connection with the world and characters ( Garrus!!! ) was so strong, that I felt massive void each time I finished the story. So massive I had to go back and relive everything once again. Similar feeling to one when you've been a part of a great guild in an MMO and that guild disbands.

The whole gameplay is nothing I haven't seen before. Multiple fetch quests, unintuitive gui, chaotic, hack & slash like combat and that constant feeling that I don't really wanna be a part of that world.

It's an rpg after all. I want to actually care about the world that I'm supposed to save, or the characters I wanna do that with.

DA3 is just one massive time hog, that wants to do everything at once but as a result is being one massive time sink, with plenty to do, but nothing that actually leaves any lasting impression on you.

@g_vakarian I don't get it. You hated this game, yet you spent 200 hours on it? There're so many other things you could've done with that time. Unless you play 20 hours a day...That's still 10 days ,lost doing things you hated.

Are you a masochist?

This game was one of the biggest and nicest surprises of the last year. Had it not been for the -75% sale on STEAM, I guess I wouldn't have found the courage to buy it. I thought it was yet another spinoff of the series, released to grab our money.Boy was I wrong! It was the best spent 7.5 quid on a game in a very long time. From the very beginning to the very end I played with my mouth wide open. Here I thought that in my mid 30's there's barely anything that could surprise me in a game and instead I fell a victim of the " 5 more minutes " syndrome.

Such a great portrayal of Lara, shown as a struggling human being instead of a chick that came out of hooters. Such a magnificent fire effects, graphical marvel. SO well done melee fights that I just couldn't get enough of.

I bow to the talent of the people behind it.

I loved GT5 at first but the more I played it the more bored I was becoming. At some point I realised the game was actually very short of content despite having many race types, lounges etc.

What irritated me the most and things I'd like changed/removed are :

1) One car type races - These are such a waste of space. You basically take part in a championship once per whole game since it applies to only one car and when you consider over 1000 cars to begin with, then it's even more pointless.GT5 has a lot of those one time racing events and the only championships that were worth taking part in, could be counted with one hand.

2) Championships line ups of cars where there's always one AI car much superior to other taking part in the champ.A good example would be the over 900HP Jaguar in the Dreamcar championships in the Extreme races. In 95% of races you feel like you're racing with one car really. The one that beats the other ones by a mile stat wise.

3) 4th lap syndrome - where the AI cars get much faster all of a sudden. It feels so handicapped and so unfair. It's like all of the AI cars decided to use NOS on the 4th lap.

4) Very predictble and boring AI. - The cars always behave the same way. It's so predictable it hurts.Always driving the same line, always aiming at the APEX of a corner. There aren't any spontaneous maneouvres, nothing. It feels liek racing with zombie cars.

5) MULTIPLAYER!! - What we have currently is such a waste of potential. It's really hard to get into a race. It's even harder if your Performace Points are below 500.Everywhere you look, you see lounges with their owners setting the limits to very high PP level or very high Horse power.Even once you're there ( after a 30 minute search if you're dricing a honda civic for example ), it usually takes ages to start the race.

What I'd love to see is some intelligent and automated matchmaking system where you can get into a race with but a one click. The system could check your specifications and if let's say your PP is in the area of 450, you'll get into a race with people who have a PP between 450-455.

Add leagues and even racing guilds! Really, racing online has to have more purpose than just simply driving the nurnburging once every 20-30 minutes just for kicks with some crappy reward at the end.

6) Make endurance races feel like endurance races instead of the current borefest.Highly improve the rewards for them. Why should I race through Grand Valley for over 2 hours to get 150.000 credits if I can get more from racing 50 minutes in the japanese cars championships?

7) Add more spontaneous mechanical malfunctions, more detailed tuning options, add mechanical wear and tear, option to modifiy engines with cheap / expensive parts.Hell! Even add the ability to replace engines, cables and all that manually yourself for total immersion! Then add the probability of mechanical failures during endurance races.

8) Add more reasons to race the same events over over over again - Like a set of randomised car rewards with a small chance of winning a real beast.Add money rewards, even add some kind of points for each race driven and championship won and create some global leaderboard of GT drivers all over again.

It would be great to feel like each and every race counts towards something. After all we nee incentive to drive all those 1200 cars!.

Ech.....enough.This game could become a racing drug.Add MMO features ( something Drive Club seems to think about ).Add guilds ( or some racing teams ).Every activity of each member could count towards guild points in the global rankings.Guild vs guild races.

I mean, the possibilities are endless!

Back to reality now....

I still remember the first game of GTA.2D graphics.Everything seen from above and back then this game rocked! To see it transform into a perfect being ( GTA IV ) is like watching you child grow and become a man ( ok,maybe I overracted :) ).But truly every game of the series was unique and so playable that a term ' sleepless night ' was as common as breathing is.I only hope Rockstar is already thinking about releasing GTA V....
