Halo 3 is possibly the most overrated game to ever exsist. Resistance: Fall of Man is better. and the PS3 owns the 360. no comparison burn

360 sucks, it couldnt break down more often.

I mean this when I say this: Seriously, man. Get a life. If you feel like you have to take the time to make a name just to post and defend your precious Sony POS3, then obviously 360 is doing better than I thought!

Ever heard of button layouts? They make multiple ones to suit everyone. I use the Walkie Talkie layout because the LB is to talk and RB is to Melee. I love having the Melee button right by the trigger.

I thought the button was just to talk to your team anyway? I think you can talk and everyone hears you. If you press the button, only your team hears you. I like the button cause you don't have to listen to dumbasses breathing 24/7 because they have their mic down their throat.

Actually, what he said is exactly right. He's smart, and has more money than you, so he probably get's more women than you do.

Im currently a PS3 owner, and im going to buy a premium 360 sometime soon. But im curious if there is a new 360 coming out with a smaller "power block". Not trolling or anything, just seems kind of big and id like to buy another model if there is one.

In all honesty, it really doesn't get in the way at all. I wouldn't wait for a smaller one to come out. Even if it does, i'm sure you could buy it seperately if it's that much of a deal to you.

Mine is behind my entertainment cener and I haven't even looked at it since I got a 360. It's really not bad at all and the cord is plenty long enough.

I would say Halo 3 for the replay value and multiplayer. I bought Bioshock (awesome game, don't get me wrong) and beat it in 3 days, then traded it in because there is no multiplayer and nothing else to do. Sure, I could have gone though the game again to get the alternate ending but I really did not feel the urge to do so. I traded it in while it was still fairly new to get the most credit possible. Halo 3 has AWESOME multiplayer that I will be playing for a LONG time. Lots of features and even the campaign has good replay value due to the skulls you have to search for.Headhunter01

Exactly. I started working on the alternate ending in Bioshock and, well... I just stopped after a few hours. I never felt the need to beat it over again. I've already beat the Halo 3 campaign 3 times on different difficulties, and I love it. I haven't got sick of it yet.

[QUOTE="jwat4"]

Marvelous technological achievement? I dont see it. Graphically speaking the game does not look the impressive.

Im not arguing about the overall game, simply the fact that the graphics for the game are not on par with the scores it received in reviews.

Artistic style is nice and all but the fact is GOW is not meant to be a realistic shooter, BioShock is not meant to be a realistic environment but they make that environment look realistic.

I guess its all left to personal tastes and thats fine but in my opinion I would have expected a little more from Bungie.

jwat4

You can't even compare GOW. GOW's is so linear and the maps are so tightly spaced. The same goes for Bioshock, only not as bad. The difference is that Halo 3, like I said before if you even took the time to read it, is wide open and everything is constantly loaded. I can take my Sniper rifle and look a mile down the map and still see the Covenant moving about and planning attacks. GOW and Bioshock don't actually load the next area until you get there. Halo 3 has it loaded at all times for the replays. That's why it's amazing that it can still look as good as it does with everything going on at once. it makes the game feel that much more realistic.

This is a question about coop....

If I'm playing Coop 2 player on legendary, if one of us dies will we have to revert to the last check point? Same for 4 player coop... Thanks!

Hermitkermit

No. Only if you both die. If one of you dies, then it'll wait until you kill all the enimies in the area, and then the person who died will respawn.

Good but not great. Started w/ SP campagin, and Bioshock is better. I guarantee you I will only play through it once. Played a little MP, but I'd still rather play the COD4 Beta at this point. I'll give it more time.dscot18

What? I love Bioshock, but I've only played through once. I've already beat Halo 3 on Easy, Normal, and Heroic. I'm shooting for Legendary now. I don't know what you're talking about. The campaign is more fun the second time around to me.

As much as I love Bioshock, I would have to say Halo 3 just because the multiplayer is so damn good. I would honestly pay $60 buck just for the multiplayer. It's that good. On top of that, you get an excellent campaign and story.

No, no, and no.

When you buy Halo 3, it comes with an activation code on a card inside the case. You go to the Marketplace and select Redeem Code . Then, obviously, you enter the code and there you have it.
