I don't know if there's anyone that can help me with this but here's the thing

My GF's birthday is coming soon and I thought of giving her a customized zippo lighter, she always complains about not having one and all that stuff

We both smoke and I thought it would be the perfect gift for her, the website says I only need to put an image and they'll place it on the zippo

Now here's the thing she loves the chanel (fashion) logo so I decided to make an image of her name with part of the chanel logo on it

Her name is Joan so instead of the "O" I placed the mirrored "C"s of the chanel logo.

My question is, would that classify as using the chanel logo in an illegal way? If not can the website deny my customized request because of something like that?

In other circumstances I would not care I would probably just make something else and move on with it but since I'm running low on time I wouldn't like to buy the stuff and learn 5 days later that my request couldn't be processed

Now I know there are no Copyrights attorneys on OT (I could be wrong) but hey we have collective common sense
