...and then the second the Winter chapter starts, it becomes one of the most exhilarating gaming experiences you will encounter. I've never known a game to grow as progressively better the further you are into it. To the people who claim they can't get into it, I assure you, stick with it.

Best shooter experiences I have had online are:

1. Uncharted 2: Drake's Fortune
2. Killzone 3
3. Battlefield 3 (sorry)
4. Resistance 2
5. Red Dead Redemption

MW3 - Sick to death of COD games, it's just recycled annual **** But no doubt one of my brothers will buy it so I might as well give it a go or two. BF3 - Love the series, but there's a few other games I want to pipe out for before I purchase this. But I won't leave the wait too long. GoW3 - Meh. I like the games, but it's another one of those lazy franchises that seem to be same each passing sequel. When it's price drops, I'll consider it. Skyrim - Not a big fan of Elder Scrolls at all, but there's something about this "barabarian" theme that I prefer so much over the "knights with swords and shields" scenario. Hopefully footage will convince me moreso.

Arcade's Fire 'The Suburbs'. Obviously not half as brilliant as Funeral, but IMO slightly better than Neon Bible. Took me a few listens but I can safely say that they are officially a consistently great band.
The National 'High Violet' also, it's just as good as their previous two releases.
LCD Soundsystem's 'This Is Happening', only got this yesterday and yet to make my mind up on it. So far, I'm not feeling it as much as their other albums.
David Bowie 'A Reality Tour'. Great live album, he's still got it!

I've yet to get that Janelle Monae album, but I've heard two of the singles and thought they were promising.

Listened to it for the first time yesterday, and I have heard four times already. A straight up masterpiece.
