i have only found 2 "caches" of them; both have been in the large edf base in the badlands. Look for a building (marked with a medium inportance destrcuction marker) named the flight control tower or something, and you go into it and head up the stairs. at the top of the stairs should be a little table with a briefcase and what looks like a singularity bomb on it. I forgot where i got the others, but it is in another medium importance building. Its also good to buy the quantum multiplyer upgrade as rather than getting 1 bomb, you get 4 with every one you find. Hope this helps :) btw they look like a pentagon thing with a handle on the side.
