Halo 3 I guess, though it wasn't really a boss battle but more of an interactive cutscene.

Fable II had the absolute worst final boss ever. Seriously, what were they thinking? Did they just get bored of making the game that they decided to do that?

Mass Effect 2's final boss was very disappointing but the game was excellent.

This lady gives me a chuckle.
