Comparing development on Xbox and Windows 8 is massively flawed. Xbox was ALWAYS a closed platform where as Microsoft is now trying to close down Windows as a platform via the locking of the bootloader and such. So he is complaining because Microsoft is taking an open platform and trying to close it...There is a HUGE difference between that and the Xbox.

Xbox is 100% Microsoft owned & controlled but Windows/PC includes hundreds of manufacturers and the Linux community...they are trying to LOCK DOWN a boot loader forcing Linux developers to be Certified for Windows 8 (WTF!?!)
