Its not your fault its Microsoft's fault go to 360 forums and search for xbox360 scratch watch the movie and maybe that explaines it all its dutch tough :( maybe i can make a translate version of it :)
It is true... i'm not an xbox hater i love it, its because there need to be rubbers around the laser and there aren't in the 360 if you don't believe me then wait it will sure become world news... or just search google.

Well in my country the netherlands has bin some research, and maybe for some people are images enough.
So here is a website dutch with a movie that maybe explain's it all. i just love the game TES4 oblivion i already bought it ones and 2 weeks ago i bought it again and now its broken again... this is the link "http://kassa.vara.nl/portal?_scr=kassa_artikel&number=3183097" of the video search for the word "breedband" click on it and the movie will begin. the solution is that there need to be rubbers at the laser so that the CD won't get scratches from it. I hope that i help't you guys out for the people that did't knew it yet.
