Already have HL2 and Episode 1. But definitely looking forward to the other titles, Half-Life has yet to disappoint me so it's a definite buy here. Also you've never played HL? You're in for a pretty awesome experience :D that's a lot of gaming for you lol.
Metal Gear Solid 4 itself a Halo Killer? Nah. It's aimed at a slightly different player group on a different platform. But then there's the fact that it's coming packaged with MGS:O and I watched the trailer over at GT and I have to say it looks pretty good... it's possible I guess but I doubt it, MGS4 would have to go multi-platform for it to be in the realm of possibility at the moment in my opinion.
Well of course it's possible. But at the moment Flagship has no plans to release beyond PC. I'm sure first they would want to see how it fares before there's thought about multi-platform. I've been playing Alpha/Beta for quite a while now and I have every bit of confidence it will do well. I myself have no problems with it going to PS3 as long as they don't accomodate the game as a whole in any way for console play besides just PS3 side stuff. Other then that the more the better ya know.
