High school is starting to get better... A LOT better. I've finally re-grouped with my friends, and swim season is just around the corner. My period of gloominess has finally come to an end. I enjoy most of my classes, and the days go by rather quickly now.

As for gaming, I actually have had more time for gaming than I thought. I haven't had too much homework, and I've had plenty of time for gaming.

Now onto the game impressions:

Crash Bandicoot

I recently discovered I owned this a couple of weeks ago, and it's quite fun. I blogged about it not too long ago, and I've played it more now, and I haven't gotten very far yet, but it's pretty good. The controls took a bit of getting used to, and now my only complaint about this game is the horrendous save system.

Luigi's Mansion

I borrwed this game from a friend and it's... good, I guess. It's rather simplistic, and maybe a little too easy, but it's a fun little game. It is somewhat obnoxious that every single song in the game is just the same song remixed though.

Metroid Prime

This game is really good. Normally I hate FPSes, but this game is just plain awesome. Buy it if you haven't already.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask

I hated this game at first, but it has grown on me quite a bit. It's very dark, and also very compelling. If you've never played it before, then I suggest you do. It's really good.

Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story

I didn't like this game at first either, but I've actually grown to like it. It's a lot better than your average RPG.

Okami

Eh... Well... It's okay so far I guess. I applaud the amazing visual style and Celestial Brush idea, but I don't find it to be very fun. No I'm not a Sony fanboy that hates seeing a PS2 game on the Wii. I just don't think it's amazing like most people say it is. It's gradually getting better though.

Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest

I was originally curious to try to the DKC series when my friend told me that the first one was his favorite game of all-time, and I played the first one and I thought it was amazing. A couple of days ago, I helped my parents out with some cleaning and my mom redeemed 1000 Wii Points as a reward for helping out, so I bought DKC2 and it's fantastic! It's a lot better than the first one, and I think it's even better than Super Mario World. That's just my opinion though.
