Well Factions was by far the easiet to get done.

I completed factiosn and gave my gold and items to my Nightfall and Prophecy chars to help them along.

And PvP is always a very fun distraction. Doing the faction battles is always a good way to kill some time.

My personal favourite way to play is get a nice group of people an wander around doing quests. (A feat that is impossible in GW 99% of the time).

I only use it in 3 cases.

1. I completely beat some with a ton of kills or won a match 20-0.

2. My team is being owned.

3. A really intense match that has a crazy ending.
