Both games look absolutely fantastic. I'm especially excited for Mass Effect 2 considering the series is a 3-part trilogy where your actions from the previous game in the series affects the stories in the sequels. Although Bioshock 2 has such a great atmosphere it's hard to imagine not getting this game as well.

I agree with you. I was just blown away by U2, but as with all the other games I've played with fantastic graphics, I still always find myself going back to the great classics of the old days. IMO you can't have new games without the old, and vice-versa.
I only hope for backwards compatibility. Through PSN or otherwise.
Edit: A thought just occurred to me. Who wants to bet the next PSP will be priced at $500? Haha!
Yeah I saw that too... Gamespot doesn't seem to care at all about JRPG's on portable consoles. They do this stuff all the time.
It pissed me off when I saw it, but I'm not letting it get to me. The User Reviews are what I look forward to on this site now.
I have to admit I'm really starting to consider learning Japanese so I can enjoy all of the great entertainment that Japan gets.
When it comes right down to it, a game is just a game. Nobody is revolutionizing anything. You can't turn a bad game good by changing the hardware of the machine it runs on.
