This is extremely hilarious yet frustrating.

First of all, the moderator that made the first post hasn't even finished reading my post. He saw "24 hour", stopped reading and made a post that they don't deal with 24 hour suspensions. And the second guy tries to help didn't read my post either.

I made a reply. As of this time, the moderator hasn't approved of my reply yet. So I'll put them up here.

"The team will not address twenty-four hour suspensions."

-Moderator KLRSKIR

Okay, that's understandable, but what about the week long suspension that was given after the 24 hour suspension?

"i do not work for MS or on these forums, just a player that has seen alot.

the way bio code of conduct works is, once you have been reported and your account looking into by the PET, they look at your entire history.

lets say you joined xbox live, made a profile, everything is clean in it.
a month later you change your bio to have a few dirty words. nobody reports it, so nothing happens.
a week later, you change your location, but not your bio. again nobody reports it.
2 months later, you fix punctuation in your bio, but the text remains unchanged. someone sees it and reports you.

this is where it gets fun... you not only get the suspension for the report, but you get a suspension for the initial posting of the offending bio, and another one for the location change.

every time you save a profile with offensive material, it is its own infraction, and seperately punished. i.e. you serve the time for each infraction.

i hope that clears up some of the confusion."

Unfortunately, it doesn't. I already explained both my e-mails say the account has been banned twice for the same exact infraction. (Motto with profanity) Again, after the 24 hour suspension was finished, the profile's information (with "Code of Conduct" in all the slots) has been left as it was. Then I was suspended for a week for the infraction that I received my 24 hour suspension for.

Has anyone else had to deal with retardidness like this?

I think I figured it out. I have to pop the things in the middle so they're like, on top.

They weren't like that the first time. :/

If you actually have a 360, you would know because you've probably gotten it repaired it before.

THe achievements help to filter out the loosers and the people with lives. I when Hapo 3 comes out they should have the online seprate people unders 2000 points and put them in game rooms so they can play casual and have fun. I hve a had xbox 360 since laucnh and all I have is a little over 1000 points. NismoNissan41

Um, that's what gamer zones are for.

The only time I've ever been obsessed with achievements is Dead Rising. Everything else, I just get what I've done.

Yeah, the 16-19 bracket really blows. They're like, e-thugs. Older people naturally (yes, naturally.) look down on people younger than them, so yeah.

If you want to play games online without any children play PC games. They are too hard to figure out for immature people who can't learn anything. dilathrilla

When I read that, Mac users came to mind. :P
