I've just started up this really neat idea in the Story Union. We are hosting the first ever, multi-union election! Confused? Don't worry! I'll explain!

What we are doing is selecting a number of villians (e.g. Vader, Voldemort, Sauron, Cthulu, etc.) and selecting volunteers to act as their "Campaign Manager." The Campaign Manager (CM for short) has to go around Gamespot (or TV.com or MP3.com) and get as many people as they can to vote for their villian. To vote the people just send the referee, currently me, a PM with the subject title being who they are voting for and the referee just marks down how many voted for a certain character. The coolest trick of all is that this election (game?) takes place all over Gamespot so that it affects all unions!

An example of this: I am the Campaign Manager for Cthulu. I let the people in charge at the Story Union know that I am entering Cthulu into the race and that I will be the CM for him. I then go to the Main Forum board and post an ad telling people about what the union is doing and how Cthulu is the best villian around. I also post in my blog what we are doing and ask people to vote for him by telling them to PM Wheezal, the referee. I then go to the other unions that I am a part of, (The Halo Wars Union, The Star Wars Expanded Universe Union, just to name a few.) and post a topic telling people of what I am trying to do and asking them to vote for Cthulu. I ask meetroid8, a tagger I know, to make a Cthulu tag that links to my blog or post explaining what I'm doing. I ask Kellymae if she or I can tell people about this in her blog. While I'm posting about my idea at the Unifying Force Union, I run into Xaphi1 or Darth_Arbiter, my opponents in this campaign, and we talk about our characters in a debate topic, comparing what the villians have done, would do, or just how they are. Finally, after a month or two of campaigning, Wheezal, the referee, declares the campaign over and tallies the score. After tallying the score, he posts a message on the Story Union's main page, telling everyone the winner. I tell everyone who contributed to my effort who won, and we celebrate or plot for the next election. (There is also a possibility that, if I remain the referee, I will PM everyone who voted, telling them who won.)

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to celebrate my holidays with my family very much due to being spred out. In case ya'll didn't know, I'm Jewish, so I've already started my holidays. In the meantime, we traded out gifts and have been celebrating. My brother and sister have come down and will be visiting for 10 days till my mom comes to visit and the family will be reunited again. However, due to the holidays, I will NOT be online as much and will be missing for large amounts of time unfortunately.

I also want to remind people that January 3rd, 8:00 PM GMT is Perihelion 2007. So don't forget to welcome back the sun, no matter where you are.

Jeez! It's been a long time since I really did much on Gamespot! I found this Star Wars RPG recently called the Star Wars Combine. It's pretty cool, but it's also real time, making doing certain stuff, rather difficult.

My family got together for Thanksgiving. Because my mom is such a Destroy All Humans fan, we rented the sequel for her. We also rented the Lego Star Wars game for my brother and I, though I played the Destroy All Humans2! game more. Actually, right before we returned it, I defeated the Destroy All Humans! sequel. It was really cute.

Well, today's Halloween. Unfortunately, I'm not doing anything today anyway, but I did go to a Halloween party last weekend. I got to dress up as a Private Investigator. It was pretty cool. So, what did you guys do for this Halloween?

Cool I'm level 13. It's weird the fact that it's called toobin'... I kinda wonder why...

We just returned some games I rented a couple of days ago. I rented Tony Hawk's American Wasteland and Crazy Taxi 3. Before we returned either of them, I was capable of defeating the story in THAW and scoring first place in Crazy Taxi. For those of you who haven't played Crazy Taxi, it's a game where you are a cab driver who is driving people to different spots in a certain time limit. You can drive through, around, or over anything and not worry about wrecking your car. (You can even drive under water!) Crazy Taxi is a classic arcade game, so you just need to go out and try it, otherwise you don't know what you're missing.

Tony Hawk's American Wasteland was a really fun game. I own Tony Hawk's Underground 2 and can honestly say that of all the Tony Hawk games I've played, THAW was the best. While there were tricks with designing the characters and problems with it being too complicated for it's own good, it was really fun once you get the hang of it. The storyline and gameplay was excellent, and I've got a good feeling that I could've gone through it a couple time before getting bored.

In the meantime, my Mom got a job in Austin, so she had to move away and my brother went with her. I am staying in Kingsville with my Dad and we plan on visiting my mom as much as possible, but this has put stress on people and made it difficult for me to be online as often.

Ever since I returned to Gamespot, I noticed that all my conversations have died out. I know that school is starting. After all, even I'm not on as much. But where'd all the talkers go? There are few good posters on Gamespot and most of them disappear! I'm trying to contact as many of the missing good posters as I can, but I don't know where they are! What's happening here?

In the meantime, life has been changing because my mother is looking at jobs and she is currently looking at a job in Houston, which would split the family apart because my Dad has to keep working here at home. Still, the new job would make things nicer and we wouldn't stay apart for long.

Speaking of splitting apart, I've been looking at colleges and plan on leaving in a year and a half. We plan on putting me into the local college first because I have no highschool experience and need some specific courses that I've not taken. (I'm homeschooled for those who don't know) We'll also take this year to get active in extracurricular stuff because I haven't done any of that stuff except for Chess club.

I'm Back! After being gone for centuries! or a couple of days... Still, I'm here! I've been so busy that I am gaining few chances to work on this.

Yesterday, my family and I went to an MIT meeting. For those of you who don't know what MIT is, it's Massachuets Institute for Technology. It's one of the best schools for engineers.
  MIT invited me to a recruiting meeting after I sent my SAT scores. I have to admit that it sounded awesome. But no matter how bad someplace is, if you only show the good parts, it can look awesome. I won't be able to go for another year though, because my parents want me to do a year in the local colleage to help me get used to colleage life. Still, I'm excited.

Today, I defeated the first Knights of the Old Republic game. I went down the light path and convinced Bastila to fall in love with me. Later I will retry it and go evil. But this first time is what I would've done if it was really me there. Personally, I found the KOTOR game to be truly amazing. I've heard there is a sequel and while I don't know how good it is, I will rent it and, in due time, buy it. Hopefully, it'll be as good as the first one.
  Something I discovered in the KOTOR game is all the references to Exar Kun and that time period. While I do not know the story of Exar Kun, I do know what he's popular for and what he tried to do. I am going to find out what he did when I can, but I will just have to wait.

I also see that I have reached level 12 and am, in fact, half way through it already. I find that to be good news and hope I can proceed through it with speed.
  My family and I have been renting shows and slowly watching them on DVD. (this way you can't miss a show and get confused, which happens to me all the time.) We have been watching West Wing, Pinky and The Brain, Smallville, and Dead Like Me. All  of which are good shows. If you've never seen one of these, just comment so and I'll tell you about it.

Wow, Gamespot has really upgraded since I last saw it. Now you have a bar at the bottom of each post with capabilities. What does "Digg this." do?

Speaking of upgrades, I've been pressured by my sister into joining myspace.com. To remain inconspicuous, (as hard as that is) I am going by the name Lord Of All Good and Evil. I've even prevented from showing my picture.

Lately I've been busy. Whenever I'm not doing schoolwork, I'm doing chores or other work. Actually, I rented Call of Duty: Finest Hour and am working through that quickly. At present, I'm an American and I just rejoined a group of tanks that I'm escorting. My brother rented Vodoo Vince. That is a weird game because it's a sort of thing where I hurt myself to hurt you. It's really weird...

When I get the chance, I come online, but the world seems to have stopped. The Story Union has stopped posting, along with many other unions, like the Unifying Force. The only conversation I appear to find now a days, is the small postage in my blogs and in Hurt/Heal games. I miss the busy days.

Apparently I've joined two other sites without ever seeing them before. If anyone knows what TV.com and MP3.com is, please tell me. I'm still wondering how I happened to join them.

I've just downloaded Trillian. Trillian allows me to be on ICQ, AIM, MSN, and Yahoo! at the same time as long as I have an account under them. I presently have an account under ICQ, AIM, and MSN. I'm needing to preview Yahoo! when I can. If any of you guys are on ICQ, AIM, or MSN, let me know and I'll contact you.
