I installed a game on to my hard drive then when i try to play it i need the disc in also? What's the point of installing a game if i still need the disc?
Ok, so heres the deal, got assassin's creed for the birthday then started to play it and got quite far in it, then the xbox broke n i couldn't use it n it couldn't get fixed. I'm getting a new one for christmas and i was wondering how i could possibly get my previous game data on to the new hard drive. Is recovering the gamertag a possible solution? Thanks

I recently (yesterday) bought a used xbox and its an older on because the disc tray is white instead of chrome. I'm guessing this means it's an older one. anyway, I do the same things to connect to the internet that i did for my other xbox that broke... When i test the connection out of the four steps Xbox-network-internet-xbox live it doesn't connect it to the network. Any suggestions?
