The fifth volume of Heroes has arrived in Britain. And it's fantastic, although it's been 18 months since the last volume, so I was a little lost. Nonetheless, it was still thorughly enjoyable and surprising. The characters are still as distinct and fleshed out as usual; Sylar's cackling and pure evil-ness made me laugh quite alot and Hiro's "yatta" still gets me every time.

Speaking of which Heroes got me back into InFamous which I left unfinished back in November. I managed to progress a good few, several misions. I finished Light in the Tunnel, Secrets Revealed, The Ray Sphere, Alden's Rampage, The Price, Vengeance, Against the World and Hunt for the Raysphere. I'm now on the penultimate chapter and totally psyched for the killer ending.

After half a dozen hours of downloading, I finally got the MAG Trial working. It's great and I'll definitely buy it at some point but unless the full game comes with a headset, then the whole 256 player essence will seem rather pointless. In the trial for example, I was running around aimlessly within a huge, expansive environment. Sure, I knew what to do but I was pretty weak and vunerable and I was without any co-operation and support. Overall though, the gameplay was good, not perfect but promising and the visuals looked fantastic, especially when considering the 256 player capacity.
