I just got back into Modern Warfare. I forgot how much fun it was. It has to be said, everyone on there now are complete n00bs. I might just stop playing the sequel now. Those Heartbeat Sensors are really getting on my nerves...

So there I am, at my Charity Shop, on my desk with a slew of media to sort out. Two such items to tag and price are Professor Layton and the Curious Village and Super Mario 64 for the DS. I manage to resist the temptation of buying them both, but in the process, I don't price and tag them. When I get home though, I feel horribly regretful for not buying them. So the next morning (today) I rang up Oxfam to ask them to reserve the two games where I'll pick them up within the next half hour.

The manager says when I get to the shop "how much would you pay for them"? I say about £9.99 ($14.99) for Curious Village and £6.99 ($9.99) for Super Mario 64 (bearing in mind they are used). Suprisingly, she then gives them both to me for £1.99 ($3.00) each, just for the fact that I volunteer there. I also picked up Mystery Stories for the heck of it (£1.99) which I have no interest in playing but I'll probably give it to my Brother or Mum anyway. OK, so I did break one of my New Year resolutions, but would you seriously miss a deal like that? I did, well nearly...

In other news, I am not buying Battlefield 2, Final Fantasy XIII or God of War 3. They are too expensive even if I can afford all three.
