Erik Estavillo is well known for his lawsuits against gaming consoles. Seriously? Yes, seriously. Recently, he had just sued Activision. But the one that really got me started was that he sued Sony because he had gotten his console banned off of the PS3 network. Well its your fault you were being ignorant to your fellow gamers. He has also sued Nintendo and Microsoft. It seems like this guy has nothing better to do. He had also complained that World of Warcraft was too long of a game. So Erik Estavillo, my advice to you is stop acting like a 5 year old skinny Cartmen.
