So im getting ready to get a ps3 in the next few days and im ready to upgrade my tv as well, any ideas as far as brand or best for gaming? Any ideas are welcome.
As a loyal xbox gamer for the last 6 years i have to say im done, as of right now i am waiting for ups to drop of my latest 360 that has just been repaired i think this would be console number 5. But no more, i am done with you microsoft its official im going back the to the dark side, SONY. It seems like sony is finally moving in the right direction and their future looks bright. What better time to get out of this constant mess with microsoft of having to send my console back every 8 months because a rrod or some other problem, and then having to talk to someone overseas about getting this crap box repaired. Picking up a new slim 120gb ps3 this weekend, heavy rain i cant wait.
I just played the game for the first time tonight with a buddy online co-op and so far i think the game is awesome for what it is, which is a great co-op experience. If you play the game the way it's meant to be played you will see the originality in this title, next gen consoles lack this type of gameplay. I agree the game can sometimes be mindless but going back to back with your partner and spraying AK rounds doesn't really suck haha. So far what i've read about the 40th day it seems like EA really fixed all the things that are holding this franchise back.... and oh yea i couldn't leave without mentioning a great game if you like co-op its a game called BORDERLANDS....play it.
I tried using the one that came with my xbox 360 , but after awhile i just couldn't hear people while playing multiplayer games. I sprung the 60 bucks and bought a pair of turtle beach headsets and in my opinion it was a great investment.
