What if you download an NES ROM which is Illegal but yet you plan on buying it in the future. For example: Let's say I want to download Megaman 1 ROM but I plan on buying it for the virtual console regaurdless if I like or don't. Then after I download it on the Wii VC I delete it from my computer. Would that be considered Illegal? Like I want to play the game in advance then get it later even if I don't enjoy it that much.
