My opinion is that PC gaming's golden days are over since many years. There were times when PC gaming actually was amazing but now I'm not really impressed by new PC games. Sure, the graphics look great and the games may be a lot more advanced but I simply aren't impressed by new PC games.

Nice opinion. Guess to bad for me I don't like shallow games so consoles are already a no go for me. Luckely got Shogun 2, Witcher, Red Orchestra 2, SwTor, Guild Wars, Diablo 3, DOTA 2, Firefall and not to forget...the most superior version of every multiplat. Imagina playing Oblivion on a console lol, eeeew. Anyway, PC gaming is where the progression is at at this moment.

Fear 1 was on 360,
in fact I blame the PC for ME2, when ME was only on 360 it was a proper RPG, when the mass effect series went to the PC console gamers get a TPS in ME2

Fear 1 was a 100% PC game. It got parted a whole year after the PC release to the 360. You can see it was developed for the hardcore crowd. No regenerating health, no autoaim,lean , it was the graphical king of it's time. Even the 360 can't run the game in full HD with AA to this day. That's how old and handicapped consoles are. Not to mention what kind of people own consoles....
It's looking okay. The combat looks rather slow-paced and somehow non-threatening compared to something like GW2 (there are heaps of moments in that vid where people are just standing there, getting hit repeatedly with lightsabers), and I'm not really a fan of the art design, but it looks likea decent Star Wars-skinned MMORPG.
Still, nothing in that vid made me want to pay $15 a month for it, so it looks like my friend who's getting it might end up being a bit lonely. :P

If you pay attention you can see the guy playing is a keyboard turner and is clicking on his skills instead of using hotkeys. That's the reason why the combat can seem to be a bit slow.
